Danny White is a best-selling author, public speaker, consultant, coach, and philanthropist who is on a mission to "Rebrand the L," redefine resilience, and help individuals and institutions rise from adversity with purpose. He is the Founder of the L-Evate Academy, a groundbreaking digital curriculum rooted in his proprietary 5Gs of Growth—Gratitude, Grace, Generosity, Grit, and Grind—designed to build mental strength, social-emotional learning, and sustainable success across generations.
Danny serves as CEO of Whitehorse Publishing, LLC and President of the Take This L Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to turning personal loss into collective legacy. His 30+ year corporate journey includes CEO at a midsize firm and Senior Executive roles at several Fortune 500 companies, where he earned national recognition for sales growth, change leadership, and operational transformation. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Danny blends systems thinking with soul-deep impact.

In recognition of his achievements in business and service, Danny was inducted into Murphy High School’s Hall of Fame, honoring a legacy that continues to uplift both boardrooms and classrooms.

Born in Meridian, Mississippi, and raised in Tuscaloosa and Mobile, Alabama, Danny attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he played fullback for the Army Black Knights. He earned his MBA in international business from the Georgia Institute of Technology and currently serves on the board of the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, supporting HBCUs across the nation.

Danny lives in the Atlanta metro area and is the proud father of three grown children—Chivas, Demi, and Josh. His life’s work is rooted in helping others live L-Evated, build legacy, and rise—not in spite of their losses, but because of them.
